On January 26, the “Yearly Meeting 2018 of Hebei Association for Residence and Real Estate Association & 1st Hebei Housing Development Summit Forum” was concluded at Zhengding County, which was hosted by Hebei Residence and Real Estate Association. On the forum, Runjiang Real Estate won an honor of “Excellent Real Estate Developer in 2017”. The forum was attended by more than 350 persons, including leaders of China Real Estate Association, some provincial real estate associations, provincial and municipal real estate competent departments, real estate (development) association of each city and some member organizations, real estate brands of other provinces in Hebei and famous real estate enterprises of the province, related organizations in the industrial chain of real estate.

With a theme of “Insight of New Era with Thoughts”, the forum adopted a form of “keynote speeches + topic discussions” and a philosophy of “integrating theoretical researches and practical exploration”. Governmental leaders, experts and scholars and business representatives were invited to interpret the development of real estate sector from different levels and perspectives, which promoted the collision of opinions and exchange of views, sent out the sound of Hebei in time, fully highlighted the image of Hebei, providing a strong intelligence support for the development of the sector and a panorama practice text for reference.

In the event, related leaders of Hebei Residence and Real Estate Association awarded medals to the excellent real estate developers in 2017. In 2017, as first-tier real estate developers of China swarmed into Shijiazhuang, relying on the resources and experience advantages accumulated from “developing for a long time in the region” and the accurate strategy, Runjiang Real Estate kept innovating its management system and enhancing its refined operation capacity. It won the bid of three plots successively in seven days and expanded its presence and became a new force in the real estate of the region. Several projects under construction had won more than 40 honors such as Renowned Developer in Real Estate Market of Hebei. Runjiang Feili Mansion was awarded as a candidate project for the 8th “Guangsha Award” of Chinese real estate (2017-2018) and became one of the three candidate projects of Hebei Province.

Since its establishment, as an urban developer and operator, Runjiang Real Estate steadily promoted the deployment strategy of “1+4 cluster” projects with rapid development in 15 cities for six years. Its products are distributed in the main urban area and four new areas of Shijiazhuang and stood out from first-tier real estate developers of Shijiazhuang and became a black horse rising rapidly among local real estate developers.
