Both sides signed a strategic cooperation agreement

On the morning of October 30, a delegation of Vast Group led by Yang Hongtao, vice president, arrived at Runjiang Headquarters International. The delegation was received by Jiao He, chairman of the board of Runjiang Group, Zhang Xijun, vice president and principals of relevant departments. After an in-depth exchange, both sides signed a strategic agreement and reached a consensus on the joint development in the future.
According to the agreement, both sides would fully give play to their advantages and experience in respective field and jointly promote local economic construction under the principle of “based on project development, supplementing each other’s advantage and achieving mutual benefits”.
Zhang Xijun, vice president of Runjiang Group, said in the speech that Hebei Runjiang Investment Group was positioned as an “integrated operator of real estate service and industrial development”, focused on four core businesses, namely, real estate development, property service, commercial operation, incubation of technological innovation enterprises. By integrating the upstream and downstream complete industrial chains of real estate, it insisted on the mission of “being an enterprise with social responsibility”. Relying on the resources and experience advantages accumulated from its “expansion in the region”, assisted by its innovative system and professional team, we are convinced that the future cooperation will enhance the trust and mutual benefits.
Yang Hongtao, vice president of Vast Group, said, over the time, Vast Group had always followed a development philosophy of industrial parks, “efficiently obeying the requirements of the government, staying true to common folks, grateful to investors and seeking improvement actively”. He proposed a mentality for the industrial and town development. Through park construction, enterprises of general aviation were attracted and common folks could be employed near their home, and their life quality was improved continually. The shanty town transformation project and the 374 mu of land development project within the scope of the general aviation industry of Shijiazhuang developed along with Runjiang would build high-quality and high-end residential areas for Luancheng region and provide local people with a more beautiful living experience.
