On February 2, 2016, the new spring of 2016, the “Operation Summary Conference 2015 and Spring Greeting Ceremony” of Runjiang Group was held grandly. All staff of the Group got together to celebrate the wonderful moment together, feeling grateful for their hard work in 2015 and making best wishes for 2016.

In 2015, the Group tightly adhered to its strategic goal “clearing inventory, storing land, strengthening management, seeking diverse development” and strictly carried forward the development philosophy of “based on the region, refining products, promoting the brand, fulfilling responsibility”. All staff of the Group worked hard in unity and against difficulties and fulfilled the goals of the Group. “Yuelongwan project” of the Group was delivered perfectly. The large commercial complex project “Star Future City” started construction smoothly. The “Ruyuan” project became a brand of the region. The reservation goal of new projects had been fulfilled. Depending on firm faith and unyielding character, all staff of Runjiang worked earnestly and busily. All staff had submitted a qualified answer to the Group, the clients and all people of the society caring about us.

At 5 pm on February 2, in the joyful music, the operation summary conference of the Group was kicked off officially. Zhang Xijun, executive vice president of the Group, went onto the stage to report on the overall operation of the Group in 2015, review each key work of the Group in 2015, summarize the achievements and point out the shortages. He also put forward the key work goals of development and improvement in 2016 and called on all staff to face the market status of 2016 with a clear mind, form a broad picture mind, overcome difficulties bravely, refrain from pride and arrogance, and try to surpass themselves and create more success under the work requirements of “persistence, innovation, changes”.

2015 was an extraordinary year. Under the trend of an abrupt decline of market environment, Runjiang Group endured the test. The early stage team kept expanding. The marketing team rushed ahead. The engineers worked hard around the clock. The designers and planners pursued perfection. The actuaries calculated accurately. The financial accountants controlled the costs strictly. The administration and logistics staff brought warmth. Each system of the Group worked in unity and composed a poem with their actions.

Hao Jianzeng, administrative vice president of the Group, announced the Decision on Commendation of Excellent Teams and Individuals in 2015. The excellent employees and teams went onto the stage to receive the awards and commendation and express their true feelings in excitement, share their understanding of success and say that they will work harder in 2016 and contribute to the cause of the Group.

At 6 pm, Jiao He, chairman of the board of the Group, made New Year greeting to all staff, expressed gratitude for the hard work of all staff, and wished all staff and their families a happy New Year. He held the glass to invite them to celebrate the New Year together. The singing and dancing performances were wonderful. In the heated applauds, the spring greeting ceremony of Runjiang Group was opened.

The staff of Runjiang Group staged wonderful artistic performances, explosive dances, elegant music, humorous plays and melodious flute performance...The staff of Runjiang is a young and lovely team. We live our youth without regret here, with laughter and tears, with struggle and efforts...
